Our team will create the perfect platter for your next event or special occasion, featuring the best local seafood including things such as prawns, oysters, salmon and Moreton Bay Bugs. We also sell a variety of whole fish that we can prepare with vegetables in a cooking tray so all you have to do is put it in the oven. Fish can also be stuffed with prawns and sea scallops if you wish.
For all seafood platter enquiries, we require 72 hours notice before the date your platter is required.
